Smart and Clean Double Room

Hi,

I have a 2 bedroom property, rooms are large and are clean and tidy. I would like to welcome someone to rent the spare room, it is spacey, large double, lots of storage! There is not an ensuite but i very rarely use the bathroom as at the gym so pretty much that is all yours!

I am a friendly person, triathlete, i train and am at the gym alot so not around all that much. The house has 2 bathrooms, a shed if you have a bike, a hot tub for relaxing, wifi, piano, and all the normal kitchen/washing necessities! Off road parking too.

I have 3 homely cats, so as long as you are not allergic then i hope you can accept them as house fur buddies!
