Furniture included are dinning table and four chairs, able to be folded away. Wardrobe in large bedroom with bedside table.

Further furniture can be provided such as beds etc, or can be left unfurnished.

Outside, there is space for a car off road on a secure drive. The back of the annex provides a patio area with good space for table and chairs etc in the summer, overlooking the main house garden.

Friendly landlady lives next door in main house.
