One of existing tenants essentially absent and rarely lives in cottage. Other South African born insurance broker. Cottage consists shared dining room, lounge, bathroom and three bedrooms. There are two garden sheds for storage bikes etc. Rent includes Community charge & water rates. Bills shared for Gas, Electricity, telephone/broadband, Sky tv and licence, contents insurance.

Room for let includes double bed (but no couples), chest of draws, built in cupboard and side table. Happy with person of either sex but prefer someone 30's/40's but age unimportant if friendly and responsible.
