Small Double bedroom with views over the fields, and almost sole use of the bathroom. The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and drawers. There is also space for a small desk. Available from 1st June Mon - Fri.

Looking for clean, friendly people to share this home. Sense of humour is essential. I'll leave you to yourself or enjoy being social. I occasionally have dinner parties/BBQ's a couple of times a year which I'd love to include you and your friends in if that's your thing too.
Downstairs is a bright and spacious, shared kitchen/diner/lounge with sofa, tv and views over the garden and a games room with pool table.
(I have my own private lounge.)

Washing machine and tumble dryer in utility room. Pressurised hot water system so lovely showers.
Happy for fish or small, caged pets but no cats or dogs. Plenty of street parking or shared use of part of the driveway for small cars and gorgeous walks round Frensham ponds on the doorstep. Bus stop at the end of the main road.

Frensham is a large village 5-10min drive south from Farnham where there is a lovely selection of restaurants and shops. Frensham has its own village pub, post office, brewery and shop and is about 20min to farnborough/camberley/Guildford.
