Lady artist

Hello! I have a degree in English and Art and, although I don't have as much time to paint as I would like to, I paint at home when I can. I am a naturally quiet person and, when relaxing, spend a lot of time reading. I am, therefore, looking for someone who is quiet as well. I live in a pretty 1920's cottage and have a very large room available, overlooking my front garden. I am a very keen gardener, so the garden is very pretty. I live in a Close, so it is very quiet and the room looks-out onto the road which is backed by trees, so is not overlooked. The room is furnished with a double bed two wardrobes, several cupboards and a chair. It has been decorated fairly recently. My other lodger has a similar sized room, overlooking the back garden. You would share a bathroom with her. I have my own self-contained bedroom and bathroom downstairs. You would have use of all the amenities, which would include kitchen, dining-room, sitting room, conservatory and, of course, the garden. I am looking for a lady, in full-time employment. My other lodger is a midwife, working daytime shifts.. I am out quite a lot, as I have three adult children and five grandchildren, whom I see on a regular basis. I have a Partner, who lives down in Kent and I spend every weekend with him., so you can see I am a busy person! Ideally I would prefer a person who will eat fairly simply and not want to spend hours in the kitchen.! Also, I would add, that I don't like the smell of curry or other spicy foods. I don't know how to put-on photos!!
