- 2 people wanting their own room in a sharehouse, or
- a young professional looking for a house with their own WFH space
- a couple, that could use the extra room for their own lounge, guest room etc.

Sharing with a 25yo Australian Male.

Close to Frimley Hospital and a selection of train-lines within walking distance.
Nearest supermarkets are Waitrose 100m & Aldi 1km.
