The bathroom is a large wet room, with a bath and an electric shower.
The kitchen is kitted out with all the usual gadgets and is well stocked with pots/pans, gas cooker with fan oven, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.

The house is a 10-15mins walk from Frimley Park Hospital.
It's myself and a male professional in the house - we both keep ourselves to ourselves, though both are very friendly and welcoming/considerate. A professional female is preferred, but we would consider a male. Non-smoker/non-vaper.

1 month's rent in advance and 1 month's security deposit will be required.
