Hello, I'm Marilyn and I have a double room available to rent in my home where I live in with my two lively cats who have free reign and whom I may ask you to feed on occasion.

The room comprises of built-in wardrobes, double bed with new mattress, and wall mounted TV, easier for me to leave in place. You will have your own bathroom which is adjacent.

THIS IS SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY AND SORRY NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS

For information, I work two days a week at home.

My home is situated on Paddock Hill so Frimley Park Hospital is within walking distance (approx 35 mins).

Bills are included

There is a cleaner that comes approximately every two weeks.

The following would be available:

- Full access to my home excluding other bedrooms
- Internet (Sky, TV package only available on lounge TV)
- Modern kitchen (newly fitted worktops, splashbacks, kitchen sink and tap) with range of appliances
- Kitchen equipment provided
- Own kitchen cupboard
- You can have your own fridge and freezer if required
- Downstairs WC
- Off road parking
- Conservatory
- Garden with 6 seater sofa with table and two sun loungers and umbrella
- Suggest sharing the costs on shared items, cleaning products, milk etc.

You will need to supply references.
Deposit - four weeks in advance.
