Homely single room with small double bed overlooking the garden. Plenty of storage.

Situated in a close on a quiet street very convenient for the Frimley Park Hospital. Close to the amenities in Camberley and Farnborough.

The Space
The room available is a single room with small double bed with storage space under it and a wardrobe. Parking is available on the road outside. There is also a separate study available for your sole use

You must like/tolerate dogs as the house mate is a dog walker/sitter and has her own husky, so there is always a pooch or 2 about the place!

housemate Access
you are welcome to share and use the kitchen, living room and garden.

The living/dining room has comfy sofas the TV and dining table and chairs. You are very welcome to come sit and watch TV - there is Virgin Media cable.

Feel free to use the well-equipped kitchen to cook your own meals.

There is one family bathroom with basin, bath and overbath shower and toilet. There is also a cloakroom downstairs with toilet and basin.

You are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer at no extra cost.

The Neighbourhood

Lovely neighbourly area. House is located in a close at the end of a quiet residential road. A small parade of shops, including a Post Office is within 5 minutes walk. 5 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop with regular services to town. 20 minute walk to Frimley station with links to London within an hour.
10 minute walk to Frimley Park hospital, and another 5 to Frimley itself with a range of shops and banks.
Walking distance to local parks and wooded areas.
5 minute drive to Camberley and 10 minutes to Farnborough - both have cinemas, bowling, a leisure centre, restaurants, large supermarkets, bars and clubs, library and banks and much more!! Guildford with all of it's facilities is only a short drive away too.

Getting around

Regular buses around the local area. Easy access to train stations for London, Guildford, Reading and the west country, Basingstoke and the south coast. Heathrow airport is 30 minutes drive (out of rush hour!) and Gatwick is 1 hour away on direct train line.
