Double room in a lovely house and great area

Hi,

My name is becky and I'm a 27 year old professional that lives in frimley, I have lived in my home for two years with my current housemate who is sadly moving into pastures new...I enjoy socialising but I work hard and am close to my family. I am an animal lover and enjoy keeping fit and eating well!

Therefore I am looking for a friendly sociable clean and tidy housemate to take up the offer of my double room, the room is a reasonable sized double with built in wardrobes overlooking the back garden, the room has its own virgin box with dedicated channels and the house has Wi-Fi. My current housemate will be taking her furniture therefore happy to furnish the room for my new housemate or you are welcome to bring your own.... But you will need to bring your own tv.

The house has a washing machine, dishwasher and obvious cooking appliances, a shared modern bathroom, kitchen and living room and is in a great location. Parking on the road outside has never been a problem and there is garages round the back with parking, a lovely southfacing garden is also at the property. M3 is a mile away and Farnborough main is 7minutes by car with direct trains to Waterloo.

I do have very friendly pets but the room is off limits to them and will if course stay that way, but someone who likes animals is a must!
