Good sized rear garden, parking available nearby (one minute walk).
Close to local amenities, Waitrose, Basingstoke Canal, Frimley forest, parks, convenience shops, pubs etc.
Rent excluding bills is £600. Expect £150, roughly (council tax, water, gas and electricity, internet), depending on consumption. EPC rating is D.
Unfortunately no smokers; small pets should be ok (I am allergic to cats :/).
