Double room to let in a lovely house, in a quiet road, in Frimley Green. The room is clean and bright and includes a double bed, a large fitted wardrobe and a desk. Sole use of the bathroom. Off street parking, nice south facing garden, washing machine and fast Virgin broadband.
I am looking for a lodger who is independent and someone who does not run a business from home.
I have gained experience in the last three years of being a landlady. Most of my tenants have been professional males in their twenties, from various cultures and religions. I am very happy to hear from anyone who is interested in the room.
I am a busy person and have a variety of interests. I like paddling, kayaks and canoes, Nordic Walking, I teach Yoga and meditate daily, go to comedy clubs, cinema, theatre etc.
