We have available to rent a studio annex separate entrance with kitchenette ( sink, microwave, hob, drawers, kettle, toaster , fridge freezer ), washing machine, double bed, TV, wardrobe, table & chair and modern ensuite shower with toilet, sink and shower.

All bills are included. WIFI included.

We are looking for a clean, tidy, person to rent the room .

No pets. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Frimley Green nr Camberley. There is plenty of room for off street parking on the large driveway.

So being self contained means you have your own space and are not disturbed.

Non-smoker.

Non negotiable restrictions:
No visitors /extra guests allowed at any time.
Due to fire regs no additional stand alone heating appliances permitted.
Cleaning is not included, the room must be kept clean and tidy. Occasional room checks will be made ( notice given ).
