The room comes with its own assigned family bathroom (private to the tenant, but not en suite), access to a large kitchen with dining and sitting places (can function as a living area for the tenant) and a free parking space. Preferred working professionals, well suited for someone working at Gatwick, Horley, Crawley or Reigate as all are within driving and publicvl transport access from our location.

PS: We sometimes have pets staying with us in the house.
