Bathroom, Rain power shower- thermostatic, plenty of storage space, once again all new towels nothing needed of your own. Feel free to have friends stopping over. My self I`m 70 yrs old, act like a 30 yr old, still work ,away a lot. Gill from next door comes every day to clean and disinfect every where.
Thats it, except location, all the facilities are within walking distance Godalming town supermarkets-Farncombe main line station- sports centre. You will also have insurance for your rooms and a lodgers agreement form to protect you. These rooms are a dream for the price, remember your renting a house not a room , stay as long as you like, do what you like within reason.
