I’m an easy-going, respectful professional who enjoys peace and quiet. I’m looking for a like-minded, full-time working professional who is tidy and respectful and who will appreciate a calm and comfortable home.

The room is for personal use only and not for use as a home office/WFH.

I have a small, friendly dog, but unfortunately, I can’t accept any other pets.

Tenancy Terms:

• The first two weeks are a trial period. After the trial period, the tenancy continues for a minimum of three months.
• After three months, either party may terminate the agreement with two weeks’ notice.
