Monday to Friday rent. That's 5 days a week.
I have a spare room in my ground floor flat in Godalming.
Room is a really nice size with its own external door, large (3 ft 6) single bed, fitted wardrobe, ensuite toilet and sink. Desk + office chair, tv with Amazon Prime, IPTV etc. The flat is a stone's throw from the town center and a 7 minute walk to the train station which is about 30 minutes into London and about 10 into Guildford
Fridge, microwave, kettle etc included if you want that extra independence but you are of course very welcome to use the shared facilities! Lockable door for extra security and peace of mind.
Shared areas - big lounge diner with all the usual bits and pieces, plus 60 inch TV and underfloor heating. Bathroom with rainfall shower. Big patio area out the back which is a sun trap in the summer.
Cons. No offroad parking (but I can get you a permit for residential parking on the road, I believe its about £70 a year)
It's a converted old house so you will frequently hear the neighbour upstairs knocking around! (Doesn't bother me when I'm there as I've got headphones on 90% of the time. But if you are particularly sound sensitive you might struggle)
Professionals preferred (or students with guarantor)
Last tenant stayed for 3 years, and only left for work reasons.
