Large room with own bathroom in central godalming

I am looking for a second person to move into my two bed flat at the end of July.

My current flatmate is moving out and I am looking for a quiet, tidy professional to move in to her large room.

The bedroom is meant to be the living room so it has space to be a bedroom and living room for you, you have sole use of the family bathroom with shower to yourself and will just share the kitchen with me.
The flat is 5 min walk from the station and has 2 parking spaces to use in a private gated car park.

The kitchen has everything you would need, air fryer, microwave oven, blender, all cutlery and crockery, utensils, dishwasher and washer-dryer.

We have good wifi.
Council tax is £100 each a month and bills depend on how much gas and electric we use. Generally they're quite low.

I am very quiet and tidy, I ideally want to live alone but cannot afford it, so this flat is ideal. I have an ensuite so just use the kitchen, the flat has no lounge but a small storage room (which is meant to be the second bedroom)

Please ask about the deposit as I believe it is 6 weeks rent but the app won't let me set it as such.
