Small double in central Godalming flat

I am looking for a new flatmate to rent small double room with a built in wardrobe in the two bedroom flat which I own. The flat is right on Godalming high street and 5 minutes walk to the train station with direct route to London Waterloo. I have recently renovated the flat so there is brand new bathroom and kitchen appliances including dishwasher and air fryer. Some parts of the flat are awaiting renovations such as painting of kitchen cupboards and tiling of the fireplace but these are minimal. I take a lot of pride in the renovation of my flat so am looking for the right person who can look after it as well as they would their own. I like to be clean and tidy but I’m not super strict about this, happy for the place to look like someone actually lives here.
I have recently completed a masters in Art Psychotherapy and am currently searching for jobs in mental health to become an art psychotherapist.
My last flatmate and I watched TV together in the evenings and went out together but also enjoyed spending time on our own. I have a partner who visits occasionally but that tends to only be at weekends and I spend time at his aswell.
