Looking for a housemate for good-sized double room in Witley near Godalming

House is on a quiet street with garden at front and big garden/patio at back

(Only recently moved in hence it looks a bit under-furnished in photos!)

4 mins drive to Milford train station - and there's a bus stop at end of the road for quick buses into Godalming/Guildford - also less than 5 minutes walk away from woodland

The room is newly decorated and will be furnished with double bed (not in photo yet), wardrobe, bedside table, and curtains - with space for more furniture

Rent includes council tax, water bills, broadband, TV licence - but not energy bills as these fluctuate depending on time of year, so will be split two-ways quarterly

It's a chilled, tidy/clean house, with one very lazy cat

Large open-plan kitchen/dining room includes shared lounge area, and there's a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer

1 shared bathroom with toilet, large shower, and a bath - plus there's a second toilet off utility room

No smoking/e-cigs/etc indoors

About me: I'm fairly quiet but friendly and sociable (more into dinners, movie nights, board game hangouts, weekend hikes etc now rather than going out, I very rarely drink anymore!) - I'm a 39 year old gay man, just moved back here after 20 years in Brighton - interests include swimming, cinema/films, cycling, comedy gigs, pub quizzes, chilling watching TV, art projects, cooking, hiking, reading, gardening - I'm vegetarian, but it's fine if you're not :)

Driveway has plenty of space for 2 cars - and there's locked bike storage in shed

Room is available from start of October - and I'll need 2 references
