I have a large room available in a 2 bed shared furnished flat. It is available immediately. I work from home remotely in my small bedroom. I am friendly, easy going and relaxed. I like the flat to be tidy, but am not excessive or extreme over this.
Happy to have interaction, cook together etc if desired, but also can live a more solitary life if preferred. I am very willing to accommodate whatever the tenant wants.
I'm frequently away on business or travelling, however I am looking for someone who is chilled out and respectful and appreciates the tranquillity of Surrey & wanting a nice calm, warm space.
The flat has a dishwasher and all mod cons for a comfortable way of life. It also has super-fast broadband, which is included in the price.
Godalming is a Market Town set on the bank of the river Wey, with its towpaths and countryside beyond. Godalming itself has historic streets and a high street with well-known and independent shops, cafes and bars.
