Well furnished spacious ground floor flat within walking distance to Godalming Town and the station. Secured gated parking for one car and acess to a private patiogarden. Good Wifi

I stay in my flat about once a week as I live with my partner in Woking but need to return to collact poste etc. The room advertised which I am rendingt has an ensuite bathroom with shower. The is plenty of wardrobe space and storage.

The kitchen is well equipped and has recently been fully refurbished. There is full use of the furnished lounge and dining area.

If a 5 day a week preferred I do have a smaller room (also with double bed) but less storage .

Non smoker please and all bills included in the renteal price. Happy to meet up at the flat to discuss etc
