A penthouse, four-bedroom apartment with lovely views, located in an upmarket development close to Charterhouse School. It’s approximately 15 minutes from Robertson Nursing Home, 15 minutes from Farncombe Station, 10 minutes to the Co-op, a 15-minute walk to Godalming High Street, or an 11-minute journey by bus.

The garage is reserved for company use and is not available to tenants.
There is visitor parking on site, and one allocated parking space can be provided for an additional £50 per month.

Income multiples to pass references are 2.5 x the annual rent.
Guarantors required in some circumstances and required for the length of stay. Income multiple is 3 x annual rent.
