Separate Shower room with sink and WC. One mile from Godalming station. Use of kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher etc and parking available outside the property. We are a mature couple (tennis coach and housewife) who are looking for an unobtrusive, easygoing, clean and tidy professional preferring their own private space. We occasionally have two small visiting dogs (our four legged grandchildren!). Rooms available from 18th April. Rent fully inclusive of all bills including broadband.
