Comfortable home which is carpeted throughout. (Swedish rules apply regarding use of outdoor footware i. e. take your shoes off at the door and switch to slippers to help in keeping carpets clean!)

Kitchen with washing machine and microwave. Bathroom with toilet and electric shower. TV available but no currently phoneline or Broadband available, mobile Broadband possible via own dongle. Previous Room renter had own contract which is now being closed.

Ideal for a trustworthy and tidy single professional working in the immediate area who lives a long way away at weekends and wants a discreet Mon-Fri home which offers excellent quality of life near their place of work.

Essentially, my preference is for a Monday to Friday (i. e. Sunday night through Friday morning) room let and that is how it has been priced, though you'd have the house to yourself nearly all the time anyway as it is my and my Swedish wife's very much under used pied-à-terre.

Simple garden maintenance and grass cutting required.

No parking space offered but street parking available.

Can discuss Room Rent if more than M-F required but priced at very competitive rate with fixed pcm rent based on M-F basis (i. e. Council Tax consideration) plus Utility bills. As a guide, depending on metered low Central Heating and low water usage, utility costs have been in the £50-£65 pcm range across the year.
