2 bed flat with large kitchen & living / dinning room
Recently taken on the flat and looking for a housemate
I'm a civil engineer & enjoy cycling, horse riding
Looking for a professional housemate to share the flat, it is within a 10min walk to the train station, there is off road parking, a garage, a loft for storage
The kitchen comes with a dishwasher & washing machine among other mod cons & a pantry which is also good storage
The bedroom isn't the biggest in the world, but you can easily get a double bed, wardrobe, drawers & bigger than most 2nd bedrooms that I looked at before deciding to find a flat!
There is a large garden that is shared with the block of flats & is looked after by a gardener
I can furnish the room but haven't to date
