One double bedroom available in a Shared House

Greetings

Offering a spare double bedroom in a beautiful house in Godalming that has to be shared with a couple and a lady. The room is available from 30-August-2014. There is fixed 5 months agreement clause in the house so person renting it, will have to do a contract accordingly. The House is 2 bedrooms accommodation. One bedroom is occupied by the couple and the living room is occupied by one lady. The other bedroom is available for rent to someone who respects the privacy of the existing occupants as well as is friendly in nature. All occupants are very friendly & warm. The room is unfurnished but I can spare a mattress for you to sleep on.

The tenant has to get their name added in the rent agreement and they have to pay an additional fees of 90 pounds for reference and 55 GBP + VAT for drawing the rent agreement as well.

The deposit for the same is 400 pounds that will be refunded at the end of tenancy after deducting the reimbursement cost.

The rent will be 350 + Bills that (based on the meters) will be approximately between 90-100 at the maximum as detailed below:
• Broadband (FIXED) = 25 - (To be shared between all i. e. divided by 4) i. e. approx. 25/4 = 7 pounds
• Council (FIXED) = 135 - (To be shared between all i. e. divided by 4) i. e. 135/4 = 34 pounds
• Electricity (based on bill) = approx. 120 Per Month (as there is no gas - To be shared between all i. e. divided by 4) i. e. 120/4 = 30
• Water (Based on Bill) = approx. 40 Per Month (To be shared between all i. e. divided by 4) i. e. 40/4 = 10
