En suite overlooking a lake in godstone

Beautifully kept modern 5 bedroom house in Godstone has a double room with en-suite for rent.

There are 3 men who already live here. I am Kevin the house owner. I am here perhaps 2-3 days over week. The other two housemates are also working professionals one of which you will see on a more regular basis and the other stays Sun-Wed and comes in late and goes to work early, so you may not see him at all.

We are all very house proud and keep the place spotless and feeling like it’s everyone’s home.

Everything is here so its a move in and put the kettle on.

Should you be interested in joining us, Kevin would meet you first and if we both get on and your interested then I’ll introduce to the others who will also have a say on whether they think you’ll be a good fit for the house.

Godstone village has a very special set up with its own park and usual village amenities.

If you like walking, mountain bike riding or open water swimming with a sauna afterwards then all of that is on our doorstop.

Commuting to London is easy with trains from either Oxted or Redhill.
