Stunning rural location, 10 minutes drive Guildfor

I have a double room to let within a bungalow on a beautiful rural estate. Quiet and secluded, and yet only ten 10 minutes drive to Guildford and Dorking, there are also several good pub/restaurants within walking distance. Nice garden, plenty of parking (including garage) and cosy wood burning stove in the living room. The shower has a shower - no bath - and the toilet is separate.

I have a quiet, gentle natured dog who neither barks nor smells! She goes to a dog sitter during the day whilst I am at work and is never left at home alone in the evenings.

I am happy to include within the rent all cleaning and laundry, and cooking is also a possibilty if required.
