This is part of a quiet , non smoking home so we want someone who will be respectful ( clean , tidy etc). We have 2 adult children who visit occasionally and a dog ( not allowed in the annex) .
Great transport links : Access to M25 10mins drive . Trains to London via Leatherhead Station ( 10 mins drive ) or Effingham Junction ( 15 mins drive) .
