Ex Large living room / bedroom with comfortable chair , dining table , TV , Wardrobe and double bed.

Cleaning additional £25 charge every 2 weeks ( not optional ).
1 months Deposit and 1 month rent in advance
Employers reference required including confirmation of salary to confirm affordability.
Monday - Friday ( 4 nights )
No over night guests
No naked flames ( candles)
No smoking or vaping

This is part of a quiet , non smoking home so we want someone who will be respectful ( clean , tidy etc).
Great transport links : Access to M25 10mins drive . Trains to London via Leatherhead Station ( 10 mins drive ) or Effingham Junction ( 15 mins drive) .
