En Suite Single Room Available

I have a pretty en-suite single room to rent in a cosy victorian cottage. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. There is off street parking available in the local shoppers car park (free), as no parking directly outside the residence. End of terrace property with side gate access for cyclists.
1 mile walk from Bookham train station where trains run directly to London Waterloo, excellent bus service, 8-10 minute drive to Leatherhead and 10 minutes drive to M25. The local high street is a 2 minute walk with all amenities including pubs and cafes. I am looking for a Monday - Friday lodger but will consider 7 days. Shared kitchen and washing facilities also available. I have a cat too. I work full-time as a school teacher ( therefore around during the holidays) and I am ideally looking for a female lodger who is quiet and respectful. References essential.
