Room offered for rent within spacious eclectic wooden house as my current lodger is just leaving after a year. Room overlooks patio to the south facing back garden. It has a single bed which can be converted to a double as wanted plus chest of drawers, wardrobe and storage.

Other facilities shared but if I am away you would then have the property for sole use. Two resident cats.

Easy access to the North Downs and the delights of the Olympic and Prudential cycle routes.
