Mon - Fri let, big double room en-suite

Available from Jun 2026.

We are looking for a 9 to 5 professional who needs a base during the week. Weekends are not available but we’ll be as flexible as we can with what you need.

We're relaxed and easy going but it is our family home so we’d just request this is respected.

The en-suite bedroom on offer is spacious, bright and will be fully furnished.


The kitchen is available to use but no living room access. Wifi is available.

We're a 5 minute drive to Bookham and Leatherhead stations (30 mins and 40 mins walk respectively). 10 minutes to J9 of the M25 and close to Gatwick Airport (20-30 minute drive depending on traffic).

We're right at the edge of Norbury Park for lovely walks.

Other things to note, we have two children: a 10 year old and a 8 year old. There is also a resident dog, who is very friendly.
