Thanks for your interest : ) Just want to give you a few notes about the accommodation - we have a double room (king size bed), bathroom (bath and shower) and sitting room with a flat screen TV available for your sole use. This can be a Monday - Friday let (£525 per calendar month) or a full-time let (£675 per calendar month).
As for us we have a large house and garden so there is space for everyone. It's a quiet household - we are a married couple and we have one of our three children based at home, although she is not always here. We also have cats who stay downstairs. We have driveway parking and are about one mile from Great Bookham village, overlooking fields and Norbury Park, which offers lovely walks. Leatherhead station is 1.5 miles away and offers a regular service to Waterloo and Victoria.
We have met some wonderful lodgers over the years and are looking forward to this continuing : )
