We have a room to let in our shared house. (James 47) I'm an Airline operations manager at Heathrow, and Yenny who is a legal admin worker, looking for either male or female to join us in our house share.

The room has its own en-suite bathroom and shower room opposite the landing. The room is a single room and would ideally suit someone who either commutes or is not put off by limited space.

References required via our agency, We are offering the room at £570 inclusive of all bills, rent council tax, gas, elec, broadband, TV.

Rent £390 bills £180 PCM, references required as this is let through SWR agency, security deposit of 3 weeks rent required £293.

We have a garden which we use for beer drinking and BBQ's in the summer, I maintain it to a nice standard and enjoy using the garden in the summer.

Car parking is in a communal gated area for residents and there is no restrictions on parking, no permits etc to pay. Should you have an electric car we have an electric charge port fitted 7kw.

We have all mod-cons, Virgin media 100MB fibre broadband and Tivo, big 42" TV great for watching movies / sport on etc....................

We enjoy going out to our local pub quizzes, Sunday pub lunches and have a great circle of friends, feel free to contact us if you would like to be part of the team.

Working professional people preferred, no students or council tax exempt people unless you are prepared to pay the monthly council tax.
