The double room is part of the downstairs extension with an en suite. It includes a single trundle bed, study table and chair, wardrobe, small fridge/freezer, etc.

Included in the rent are gas, water, electricity, broadband internet, insurance, and council tax bills.

Our ideal tenant will be female, non-smoking, with no pets, someone with good references who wants to join our friendly family atmosphere while still maintaining privacy, of course.
