Comfortable double bedroom near Stoke Park

A warm comfortable double bedroom in a relaxed family house is available from January onwards. One son home looking for a job since finishing uni and other resident is my rescue Staffy dog who loves people and cuddles. She is a big girl and keeps us in check so a dog loving person will be welcome.
Double bed, plenty of storage and drawer space, desk and chair, and TV. Next door is the family bathroom. I have my own bathroom.
Outside there is lots of safe on-road parking. Short walking distance to regular bus routes into the town centre although distance is walkable. Local shops about 5 mins away.
Ideally looking for a student who may go home during the holidays and has an end date. Or suitable professional welcome.
I have had visiting foreign students on placements at the uni as well as Italia Conti and ACM students where I offer a home from home atmosphere. Been a in live landlady for a number of years with a relaxed friendly attitude.
All bills, broadband included.
I am happy to consider enquiries about short term lets or mon-Fri only as well, since I plan to maybe move from the area late Autumn 2025 hence needing an end date but let's start a conversation to see what can work.
