26 year old seek flatmate to share

I am looking for a flatmate to share my two bedroom flat close to Guildford. I am a social worker who works hard but I also like to have fun. Ideally I would like someone who is like minded and I can get on with.

I am looking for someone reliable, tidy and a professional person. There is no smoking and regrettably no pets! The block of flats is quiet and there is gardens surrounding the property.

There is parking onsite and it is walking distance from buses and supermarkets. It is a ten minute bus to Guildford or a 50 minute walk to Guildford (according to google maps!) Also we are a two minute walk (if that) from takeaways and other local shops.

The room is furnished to a basic standard (bed and inbuilt wardrobe).
