The three current housemates are Lucy (27) and Elodie (29) and Warren. Warren is moving out at 11th July which is when the room will be available from. If, however you need to move in sooner there's a chance this can be arranged. We're laid back and easy to get along with and spend time together when we're all in the house at the same time.

The house itself is 3 stories with a reasonable sized garden. There's a shared kitchen, bathroom and lounge, all fully furnished and of good size. The room for rent is on the top floor.

None of the bills are included in the rent, so council tax, water, electric, gas and phone are all on top. Rent + Bills is maximum £500 per month.
