The room is partly furnished to include a KING size bed and mattress, a tall wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is shared with 1 tenant only and includes a toilet, sink (with storage drawers), big corner bath and shower.
The communal areas include a kitchen, sofas, TV, with Sky TV and broadband, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a fridge freezer to share with only 1 other person.
There is a grassy garden at the back for communal use and especially for BBQs on lovely summer days.
ALL Bills are included, and a weekly cleaner of communal areas is also included in the rent.
There are currently 3 housemates living there; 2 guys and 1 girl. We are looking for a female to join us to maintain "balance" in the house and preferably one that likes socialising, is tidy, but easy going.
