in the loft of our gorgeous bungalow in the best area in Guildford. Easy 10 min walking distance to the town centre of Guildford, London Road (Guildford) Station is 5 min walk away (direct trains London 58 mins), Guildford main station is 20 min walk away (direct trains to London 36 min) and Surrey Hills.

You enter the house through the main entrance. You pass our entrance and then take the stairs up to your dedicated flat. Upstairs we have two double bedrooms that share a kitchenette and bathroom with each other. Shower over bath.
You can come and go as you please as you will not be disturbing anyone with your own entrance.

There is a washing machine in the bathroom..

The kitchenette has a small oven, a microwave, a fridge and one induction hob.

Room 1: The room itself is equipped with a comfortable double bed with two side tables and lamps. There is also a desk and chair you can use for work. A wardrobe for your clothes as well.
There is a sofa that can be converted to a double bed. The TV is all set up with netflix and amazon prime.

Please note that the ceiling is sloped and best suited if you are under 6 feet tall.

Room 2: This room is used as an office by the home owner between the hours of 8.00 am to 4.00 pm.
