New en-suite bathroom with WC, basin and walk in shower. Shelves and vanity unit for storage and plenty of high-pressure hot water any time of the day.

The lovely large open plan kitchen/diner makes this house very sociable. The new high-quality kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, double built in oven, microwave, two large fridge freezers and plenty of storage space for each person - everything you could possibly need.

LIVING ROOM 📺
The living room has a 42” flat-screen Smart TV, Tivo box and even NETFLIX plus comfortable leather sofa and tub chair.

UTILITY
No need to dry clothes in the lounge or your bedroom; there is a separate large utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer, drying area plus extra fridge and storage. These are all free as we don’t believe in charging annoying extras.

OUTSIDE 🚗🚓🚕🚗🚕
The house has off-road parking for 5+ cars and unrestricted parking in the road so you will never have problems parking right outside the house. Out the back is a large private back garden with apple trees, lawn, new patio, sun loungers, BBQ and a lockable bike shed. The house is in a great area with lovely quiet neighbours so you really can enjoy and relax in peace. 🌳 🌻

In the nice part of Guildford! Walking distance to Guildford town centre, Guildford Research/Science Park and Hospital with excellent train links to London and with the A3 and the A320 easily accessible.
