I have a double room available in my apartment in Guildford. The room available also comes with communal living space, kitchen and diner & also shared bathroom. It is available to a non-smoking person for £900pcm; this covers all utility bills, broadband, council tax the cost of shared kitchen/bathroom items (washing up liquid, loo roll etc), a plethora of tv streaming services, and also a cleaner.
There are no further hidden costs!!!
Located in Queen Elizabeth Park, Guildford, just under 2 miles from the town centre and mainline train station. It has great access to A3 (north & south bound) and is also on a major bus route into the town centre and the train station, but also via Surrey University and the Royal Surrey Hospital. The property is located in a private close and on the estate of Queen Elizabeth Park. It sits a very short walk to local shops, to a Tesco Express, the Nuffield Health Gym and also surrounded by beautiful green spaces within QEP and areas like Whitmoor Common & Britten's Pond.
The property was built mid-2000’s with communal secure entrance, and also benefits from a telephone door entry system.

I am a live-in landlord, but I am not a tyrant (I'm sure that is what all tyrants have said! haha). I keep the property very clean and tidy, and hopefully you will help with this also, but I am also very respectful of others and hope to make this a welcoming home for both of us.
