My name is Pete and I have a double room available in my apartment in Guildford.

The property has communal living space, kitchen/diner and a shared bathroom. The room is available to a non-smoking person for £800 pcm; this covers ALL BILLS and any shared expenses with NO FURTHER HIDDEN EXTRA COSTS!!! Yay!

The property is located in the picturesque area of Queen Elizabeth Park in the northern part of Guildford, just under 2 miles from the town centre and mainline train station, with great access to the A3 (north & south bound), and is also on major bus routes into the town centre/train station, and also to Surrey University/Royal Surrey Hospital. The property is a very short walk to local shops, to a Tesco Express, the Nuffield Health Gym and also surrounded by beautiful green spaces within QEP and areas like Whitmoor Common & Britten's Pond.

The property was built mid-2000’s with communal secure entrance, and also benefits from a brand new telephone door entry system.
