I have a double room available in a lovely house by the river. Parking available and public transport links into Guildford Centre and London.
Only 30 minutes train from Guildford to Waterloo. Price includes bills.

This room has plenty of storage. I also have a desk available if required.
There is a double bed in the room.

The house has a large kitchen and the bathroom has a bath and a shower.

About the area:

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac by the river, near to a beautiful nature reserve.

We are within a five-minute walk of a Sainsbury's and an Aldi. There's also a parade of shops and restaurants nearby.

I live two minutes from the A3 which is half an hour drive to London. The nearest station is a five-minute drive/40 minute walk. (London Road Station, 50 minutes to Waterloo) . Guildford Mainline station is a 10-minute drive. (Waterloo 30 minutes).

The house is currently on the market so the room is available for 6 months.

About me:

I am a health care professional and I share my home with a lovely little dog who is very friendly. I enjoy going for walks, running and spending time with my daughters who have all left home.

I am looking for a trustworthy and tidy person to rent out my spare room. I would like a professional person or student who doesn't mind living with a dog.
