Spacious dble, with ensuite, Guildford town centre

Large double bedroom fully furnished with plenty of storage, a king-size bed and a big bathroom.
The room is in a spacious, modern and well-looked-after 2-bed flat with underfloor heating. It is an open-plan kitchen/living area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all white goods (including dishwasher). It is located in a quiet and very secure building. It is a 1-minute walk from Waitrose, 2 minutes from the high street and bus station, and 10 minutes to both train stations. There is also a locked bike shed, a communal garden, and street parking.
So you know who you might be sharing the flat with: I’m French and enjoy hiking, travelling, cooking and baking. As a teacher, I might need to work at home in the evenings and on weekends. I am therefore looking for a respectful, quiet, clean, orderly flatmate who could be up for an evening chat and occasional meals.
Rent is £770 and is all-inclusive (internet, water, electricity…), and the room is available from now. Happy to consider a short let or Mon-Fri let (£25/day).
Flat can be accessed via a well-maintained lift and should also be wheelchair-accessible.
