Double and Single Room in Guildford

A double room and a single room are now available in a great house share in Guildford.

The double room is at the back of the house overlooking the garden. This comes with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Pictures to follow. The single is at the front of the house and has a bed, wardrobe, storage cupboard and desk.

The communal areas of the house consist of an L shaped lounge / diner, large kitchen, large utility room, bathroom, shower room and separate toilet. All bills are included, along with wifi throughout the house. There is also a regular cleaner for the communal areas and a gardener for the lovely rear garden.

The house is a real home to the current tenants. They like to meet anyone interested in living at the house so that they can ensure that they will all get on well together. They are very social group and we want to find someone who is like minded to join them.
