Room with en-suite bathroom

So a room up for grabs in a wonderful and friendly house with a beautiful garden in Guildford. 
Minutes away from the train station, Tesco, the Surrey sports park and Royal Surrey. The Mount is also minutes away and perfect for evening runs and walks with a gorgeous view!

The room available is on the first floor and has a private bathroom. The room face the beautiful garden of the house, so it is quiet and has a lot of light. 
The next-door room is empty -extra point for quietness and privacy :) - and can be used for friends visiting or as an office.

The house is shared with a couple: Juan -31 geographer- and Francesca -28 PhD student-. We love outdoor life and we like to socialise and have good time with the people we live with.

We are looking for the third person to be on a like minded wave length that wants to join a house that is a home rather than just live in their bedroom. 
The house has a spacious common kitchen, a living-dining area, and a big and beautiful garden with a BBQ.
