There are great transport links and the house is less than 5 mins walk to Shalford train station or bus stations, 30 mins walk from Guildford High Street. Easy access to central Guildford with a 3 minute train to Guildford Station or a 7 minute bus to the Friary shopping centre on Guildford high street.

Shalford is in the outskirts of Guildford and has a range of shops, pubs and restaurants including Seahorse Pub, Passorn Thai and The Snooty Fox Coffee Shop. All are within a 5 min walk of the house.
