This flat is ideally located right next to Stoke Park, with only an 8min walk to London Road station and a 15min walk to Guildford High Street. The development does have parking too.

Information about the flat:
The flat is currently having new carpets, new flooring, having new appliances and being repainted. The photos are what the flat looks like at the moment but I am waiting for furniture to be delivered and there are still some alterations to do (like painting the rest of the cupboards in the kitchen) - but they are a very good representation of what it will look like. Please note that the furniture in the main bedroom will be similar as it is currently being used as a spare room (and soft furnishings are not included). The master bedroom is for rent and will be furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, desk, chair, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The price is exclusive of bills which we would split. Due to the council tax exemptions provided to students, if you are a professional the rent would be £650 to cover that.

Information about me:
I am a full-time masters student so will be working from the flat. I am very friendly and sociable, but also like to chill. I love doing anything sporty so when I am not working I love getting outside and doing something active. I also really enjoy cooking when I have the time, however, my masters seems to be taking up a lot of it!

What I would look for in a flatmate would be cleanliness, tidiness and just a kind and easy going person to be around. (No couples please)
