Large Double Bedroom with WC All Bills Included

On offer we have a double bedroom with own WC in a prime location (very close proximity, all walkable, to Surrey University, Surrey Hospital, Tesco Superstore, Buses to London, etc.) available now to rent, with all bills included (offered on a furnished basis, however free to bring your own and we can remove the existing if desired) (existing large inbuilt cupboard and hanging space). The room is located on the top (second) floor of our lovely family semi detached home on Beech Grove with a parking spot available on the drive if needed at no extra cost. In the property live only myself (60/semi retired) and my mum (78/but you would think younger), two cool Indonesian ladys who maintain and keep the house in great condition, love to relax and chill out in our new 5*8m orangery towards the back of the house, to a film or series on Netflix. We also love spending time in the garden (when the weather allows) or cooking tasty food (which you will without a doubt want to try). The shared spaces include obviously the kitchen (fridge and cupboard space included), the bathroom (fitted power shower/decent pressure), the dining room (to eat/work), the orangery where you'll find us (smokers welcome) and the garden (for potential workouts and outbuilding for more storage if needed). We are looking for someone easy going who can take care of themselves (have always had lodgers), who will treat this like their own home, either long term (preferable) but also short term (minimum 3 months) and of course we will bump into eachother and we are happy to help where needed, but we will respect eachothers privacy and be left alone if wanted.
